Albert Gutierrez
Albert Gutierrez joined Invictus Law as a Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative in 2021. Albert pursues case settlements through case negotiation skills while working with opposing counsel and the insurance companies to reach proper compensation for our clients. He has managerial experience including staff supervision and WC office start-up experience. He started his own business for several years assisting others with Bankruptcy, Divorce, Child Support and Living Trusts before joining Invictus Law. Albert has over 25 years of working in both Defense and Applicant law firms and works closely with injured workers helping them to understand the legal process. Throughout his career, Albert has worked for various law firms including major insurance carriers and independent law firms. Albert also assists Invictus Law with various hearings.
Having been born and raised in Southern California, in his spare time, Albert enjoys beach activities such as biking, volleyball, photography and visiting local restaurants and other sites along our beautiful coastline. He is a big Disney fan and even worked at Disneyland as a Security Lead and to this day visits the theme park whenever he can.
